Low Calorie Fall and Halloween Cocktails

Fall and Halloween cocktail recipes and samples were provided for consideration.

Fall is in full effect.  There’s a special crispness in the air.  Leaves are even starting to change colors.  Apples, pumpkins and pumpkin flavored everything abound.  That includes apple and pumpkin flavored cocktails. Check out these Skinnygirl Fall and Halloween  cocktails will liven up your next get together.

 Fall and Halloween Cocktails Recipes

Autumn Awakening

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka
  • 4 parts Sparkling water
  • Splash of pomegranate Juice
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

 

Directions:

1.       Combine vodka and sparkling water over ice.

2.       Finish with a splash of pomegranate juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Crisp Apple Cooler (463 x 600)

Crisp Apple Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • ¾ part apple juice
  • ¼ part agave syrup
  • Apple slice for garnish

 

Directions:

1.       Stir agave syrup with vodka in the base of a shaker until the agave syrup dissolves.

2.       Add apple juice and shake thoroughly with ice.

3.       Strain into a cocktail glass

4.       Garnish with a perfectly ripe apple slice.

 Fall Festival-tini (451 x 600)

Fall Festival-tini           

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Skinnygirl Tangerine Vodka
  • 3 parts of apple juice/cider
  • ½  part light rum
  • Apple slice for garnish

 

Directions:

1.       Mix ingredients in a shaker, and pour into a chilled martini glass.

2.       Garnish with an apple slice.

 Pumpkin Spice (394 x 575)

Pumpkin Spice

Perfect for fall or Halloween cocktails.  It’s like a slice of pumpkin pie in a glass or an alcoholic version of your favorite pumpkin spice latte.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • 1 part canned unsweetened pumpkin
  • ¾ part fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ part unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ TBSP pumpkin pie spice
  • Dollop of fat-free whipped cream

 

Directions:

1.       Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

2.       Strain into a martini glass.

3.       Garnish with fat-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

 Fright-tini (400 x 600)

Fright-tini

An elegant choice for Halloween cocktails

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl Tangerine Vodka
  • 1 part fresh blood orange juice
  • Optional: candy corn for garnish

 

Preparation

1.       Combine blood orange juice and vodka in an ice shaker

2.       Strain and pour into a frosted martini glass

3.       Optional: garnish with candy corn and enjoy!

 Hocus Pocus Punch (575 x 383)

Hocus Pocus Punch

A fall twist on the classic Sangria.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Skinnygirl Sangria
  • 1 blood orange, sliced into wedges
  • 1 red apple, halved and thinly sliced
  • Optional: black licorice for garnish

 

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher
  2. Add ice
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes to set
  4. Optional: garnish with licorice wand and enjoy!

* Makes six servings

Pina Ghoul-ada (383 x 575)

Piña Ghoul-ada

Creepy & scary, yet totally tasty classic Halloween cocktails.

Ingredients

  • Skinnygirl Piña Colada
  • “Blood” garnish
    • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
    • 1/4 teaspoons red food coloring
  • Optional: gummy eyeball candy for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Pour the corn syrup in a shallow bowl and add a few drops of red food coloring.
  2. Stir with a toothpick to combine.
  3. Hold a glass by the stem, dip rim into the syrup mixture, and turn glass, coating entire rim.
  4. Turn the glass upright, allowing mixture to drip down sides. Repeat for desired number of glasses.
  5. Pour chilled Skinnygirl Piña Colada into prepared glasses to serve.
  6. Optional: garnish with gummy eyeball candy and enjoy!

 Vampire Vixen (347 x 575)

Vampire Vixen

A lighter, fresher take on a classic bloody mary.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • 1 part olive juice
  • 2 parts tomato juice
  • 2 parts club soda
  • ½ lime, squeezed

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in tall chilled glass with ice.

    Who doesn’t love a good Fall/Halloween themed adult beverage?! Especially at Halloween themed parties 🙂 I’ll have to forward this to my friend who’s planner her Halloween party in the next few weeks!
