We all love martinis. We all love peeps. Why not combine the two and get this deliciously tasty Strawberries and Cream Peeps Martini Cocktail.
Since strawberries are one of the first fruits that make their appearance in many parts of the country,, they’re a symbol of spring. It’s the perfect combination to have at your boujie Easter festivities.
This martini is a little different. We’re using a strawberry lemonade flavored vodka, so there’s no gin, and no vermouth. We’re also using Strawberries and Cream Bailey’s. These make the Strawberry Peeps Martini slightly thicker and kind of frothy. It’s a great combo, and feels really indulgent.
Strawberries and Cream Peeps Martini
There are a couple things you’ll need. The first is a cocktail shaker. This one is a good one, and it’s super reasonably priced. If you need a bar set, this Martha Stewart bar set has everything you need, and it looks quite stylish. You’ll also need some Peeps. We’re using a chick and the iconic bunny, but you can use whatever you want. And, of course, super cute paper straws.
Ingredients
- Marshmallow Peeps
- 2oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream
- 2oz Strawberry Lemonade Vodka
- 2oz Half & Half
- Vanilla Frosting
- Sprinkles
- Ice Cubes
Directions
- Coat the rim of a martini glass with frosting then roll in sprinkles.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Baileys, vodka & half & half.
- Shake well. The drink will be blended, well chilled, and a little frothy.
- Pour into the martini glass.
- Thread your Peeps onto a paper straw. You may need to cut a little hole with a knife to get them started.
- Garnish with a peep & enjoy. Trim your paper straw down, if needed.
