More Shark Week Party Cocktails

It’s that time again! Once a year, the Discovery Channel does Shark Week, a week of programming that’s totally devoted to our fearsome friends in the ocean. Over the past few years, this has gone from must see tv to actual events. Mix up one of these shark-themed cocktails to celebrate. Looking for more ideas? Shark Week Cocktail Recipes

Shark Attack cocktail sm

Shark Attack

  •  2 parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  •  3 parts ruby red grapefruit juice
  •  1 part DeKuyper® Mixologist Series Blood Orange Liqueur
  •  Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation: Build in order over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.

  •   2 parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  •   1 part DeKuyper® Mixologist Series Blood Orange Liqueur
  •   2 parts fresh lemon sour
  •   Juice of one whole lime
  •   Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Dangerous Waters

Dangerous Waters

A refreshing summer cocktail. Plus, it has fruit, so it can’t be all bad, right?

Ingredients

  •   1 ½ parts Skinnygirl® Meyer Lemon Vodka
  •   2 parts sugar-free strawberry lemonade
  •   Muddled blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
  •   Splash of sparkling water
  •   Blackberry or lemon wedge (for garnish)
  •   Ice

Preparation: Mix vodka, muddled blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in a glass. Top off with a splash of sparking water and add ice. Garnish with a blackberry or lemon wedge.

Shark Bite Sipper

It’s a classic dirty Vodka Martini, but isn’t a Shark Bite Sipper more fun? This is sure to hit the spot.

Ingredients

  •    1 ½ parts Skinnygirl(tm) Bare Naked Vodka
  •    ½ part Vermouth
  •    ½ part Olive Juice
  •    Olives for garnish

Preparation: Shake all ingredients, including the olives for garnish, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    I do not drink because I breastfeed my baby. These look good, I am sure they can be made minus the alcohol.
