St Peppermint Patty Vojito Cocktail

St. Peppermint Patty’s Vojito

  • 7 mint leaves
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka
  • 3 parts soda water
  • 1 chocolate covered peppermint candy

Squeeze lime wedge into glass, muddle lime wedge with mint leaves and vodka.  Add ice.  Top with soda water.  Garnish with chocolate covered peppermint candy.

Like your drink a little sweeter?  You can add 1/2 tsp. agave nectar for sweetness.

Oh wow, I LOVE Skinnygirl! A lot of great recipes. These drinks are just in time for St. Patricks day too. I may have to indulge once or twice before Sunday just to make sure they are perfect.
