Heart Calgon Body Mists

Calgon, the eponymous bath and body company, has introduced a new line that is specifically geared towards teens and tweens. Heart Calgon is a line of items like body washes, body mists, shimmering body mists, and body lotions in scents that are geared toward the younger crowd.

The Heart Calgon scents include

Hot Date – A blend of creamy vanilla, pear, hazelnut, and amber. This is a warm scent that makes you feel kinda cozy. It reminds me of Fall, totally and completely.

Fresh Start – Fresh, crisp Granny Apple, Jasmine Petals, Water Lily, and White Rose. Fresh Start is a very fresh, clean, light scent. Not too much, but you can tell that you’re wearing something.

Rock Steady – Wild berry, passion fruit, freesia petals, and vanilla. Rock Steady is a more sophisticated sweet scent. With deep notes of amber to help ground it, it’s more mature.

Sweet Crush – Strawberry, raspberry, sugar berry, grapefruit, and peony. This one is a very sweet scent. Sugary, fruity, very girly.

Heart Calgon sent me the collection of body mists to take for a test drive.

I found the body mists to be highly scented, but not overpowering. The scent lasted a long time – easily a couple hours or so. One thing that would make the Heart Calgon body sprays better is if there were travel sized bottles that you could take with you or leave in a locker.

While the Heart Calgon line is geared towards tweens and teens, I didn’t find them to be too immature in scent. If you’re a fan of scents from places like BBW, I would definitely recommend checking out the Heart Calgon line. Available at Walmart and Walgreens stores everywhere for around $4.
