How to Make a Watermelon Kiwi Sparkler Wine Cocktail

August 15, 2019 by Greta Brinkley 7 Comments

While our thoughts really are turning to fall and all the cozy sweaters and warm drinks, let’s face it.  Summer is still here, and in the warmer climates, it’s still warm for a couple more months.

The Watermelon Kiwi Wine Sparkler is a perfect drink to celebrate the end of summer.

This is a simple cocktail recipe that’s light and refreshing.  Not only that, you could just about claim it’s good for you, too. Why is that you ask?  Well, because this adult beverage doesn’t use any mixers, juices, or simple syrups. Just real, pure ingredients. And wine, of course.

The Watermelon Kiwi Sparkler is really easy to make, although it does take some prep work. You could even make a big batch up for a crowd and serve this punch style.

It’s delightful for a brunch, an evening outside, or a small gathering.

As you can see, there’s a little bit of work involved, but the payoff really is fabulous. If you need a little more sweetness, a small drizzle of simple syrup is perfect.

A delicious wine cocktail made from real fruit.
