Low Calorie Prosecco Cocktails for the Holidays

The holidays are quickly approaching.  That means lots of parties, and everyone is entertaining.  These parties can really pack on the pounds without really noticing,  These low calorie prosecco cocktails are super tasty and totally elegant.

These festive cocktails all have prosecco, a sparkling wine, as one of their ingredients.  It makes them feel extra special.

Blissful Bellini (322 x 600)

Blissful Bellini

  • 3 parts Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 2 parts peach puree

 

Preparation

  • Place ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a flute glass and enjoy!

 Prosecco Juicer (407 x 600)

Prosecco Juicer

  • 3 parts Skinnygirl Prosecco, chilled
  • 1 part grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • 1 part ginger ale
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

                                                                   

Preparation

  • Mix all juice ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Top with Skinnygirl Prosecco and ginger ale and enjoy!

Strawberry Splash

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 1 packet of sweetener
  • 1 part soda water
  • A splash of cherry juice
  • 1 sliced strawberry

 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a stemless flute glass.
  • Stir quickly to mix and enjoy!

 Prosecco Slush (178 x 600)

Prosecco Slush

  • 1 part Skinnygirl Prosecco 
  • 1 part Light Rum
  • 2 parts frozen lemonade
  • 1 part seltzer

 

Preparation

Blend with a little crushed ice and pour into a flute glass.

 

Prosecco Float

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 1 part fat-free vanilla ice cream
  • Handful of raspberries

 

Preparation

  • Mix Prosecco and ice cream into a coupe glass
  • Add in raspberries and serve!

Prosecco Limeade (490 x 600)

Prosecco Limeade

  • 2 parts of Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 2 parts limeade
  • Lime wheels for garnish
  • Sweetener (optional)

 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a stemless wine glass.
  • Enjoy!

Prosecco Mojito (359 x 600)

Prosecco Mojito

  • 1 part Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 1 part Light Rum
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • 3 parts lime juice
  • Splash of lime flavored sparkling water
  • 3 sprigs of mint

 

Preparation

  • Shake rum, lemon juice and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Top with Skinnygirl Prosecco and pour into tall Collins glass.
  • Muddle in mint leaves and enjoy!

    These sound soooo good (says the pregnant lady)..I can’t wait to try some of these prosecco cocktails after this baby comes out!

    These all sound good, but I think I would like the Blissful Bellini. It sounds great to me, probably because I love peach.
