Being size inclusive is important to me.
Eloquii
Eloquii is a retailer that specializes in sizes 14-28. They have a lot of very modern, almost resortwear type pieces. But not your grandmama’s resortwear. Nope, these pieces are vibrant with plunging necklines, bare midriffs, and bodycon styles. Eloquii also has a rental program, so your wardrobe can be ever changing.
H&M
H&M added a plus sized section a few years back, to much fanfare. One of the best things about it, aside from being budget friendly, is that they carry several items that are similar to their regular sized selections, just in a larger size. They’re also using larger sized models, which is always a plus in my book.
Altar PDX
Altar PDX is an all-encompassing boutique that features items for house, home, and you. They have a wide apothecary collection of organic soaps, lotioons, fragrances, and so much more. And then, they also have a house brand fashion label that features items in a size range from XS up to 6x. These items are made from fabulous deadstock fabrics, so they have a great kinda retro flair.

Universal Standard
Universal Standard has re-evaluated the size chart we’re so familiar with, and turned it on its head. They evaluated the real size of people, and created their own system. For them, an 18-20 is a medium. This takes some getting used to, and you have to study their sizing and measurements. But the return is worth it! Universal Standard carries items in size ranges from 00 up to 40. Now that’s size inclusive! Some of their items can be pricey, but they regularly have great sales like $35 denim and grab bags.

Madewell
Madewell is another brand that carries both regular sizes and plus sizes. And they make items that are similar to their regular line for their extended size range. That’s what most of us want, isn’t it?!?! They specialize in denim, but also have great dresses and tops. I was introduced to the brand via Nordstrom. Madewell has a great website that offers free returns (YAY!) but they also have several stores across the US. There’s also a good selection of Madewell items on Dia & Co.

Target
We’ve mentioned Target as being one of our favorite places to shop again and again. They tend to have on trend styles and similar pieces to the regular size lines. Most items are good quality, and they’re easily accessible.

Nordstrom
Nordstrom has a surprisingly large collection of plus sized clothing. Most department stores sort of relegate plus sized clothing to a dark corner and carry mostly matronly items. Not Nordstrom. They carry tons of popular brands in a wide array of styles and pricepoints. I’ve been introduced to some of my favorite brands via Nordstrom. Be sure to check out Nordstrom Rack, too. They have great deals on clearance items.
