Low Calorie 4th of July Cocktails for Your Party

4th of July is one of the times of the year where everyone gets together to enjoy the good times. Celebrations generally revolve around food, beverage, and generally having a good time. Try one, or more, of these low calorie 4th of July cocktails at your gathering this year. The are so good, you won’t even miss the calories!  Not quite what you’re looking for? 4th of July Cocktails

Blue Salute (700 x 1068)

Blue Salute

  • 1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  • ½  part DeKuyper Blue Curacao
  • 2 parts frozen lemonade
  • 1 2̷3 parts light beer
  • Cherries (for garnish)
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cherries and a lime wedge and enjoy!

 Rocket's Red Glare (700 x 942)

Rocket’s Red Glare

  • 1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  • 1 part frozen limeade
  • 1 ½ parts light pomegranate juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 part vanilla creme soda (or diet vanilla creme soda)
  • Cherry (for garnish)

 Preparation: Combine limeade, pomegranate juice, tequila and vanilla creme soda in a glass filled with ice. Stir well to combine. Garnish with cherry.

Frozen Firecracker (600 x 987)

Frozen Firecracker

  • 1 ½  parts Sauza Blue Reposado 100% Agave Tequila
  • 1 ½ parts frozen piña colada mix
  • 1 ½ parts mango sorbet
  • 2 parts ice
  • Coconut shavings for garnish (optional)
  • Pineapple slice for garnish (optional)

 Preparation: In a blender, combine tequila, frozen piña colada mix, mango sorbet, and ice until smooth. Optional: Rim your cocktail glasses with coconut shavings and garnish with a pineapple slice. Serve immediately. Salud!

Strawberry Sparkler (600 x 766)

Strawberry Sparkler

  • 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • 2 large strawberries
  • 3 – 4 basil leaves
  • Splash of soda water

 Preparation: Muddle strawberries and basil leaves.  Add ice and vodka, top with soda water.

Patriotic Prosecco (600 x 734)

Patriotic Prosecco

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl Prosecco
  • 2 parts limeade
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Lime wheels for garnish (optional)

 Preparation: Add all ingredients into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Stars & Stripes Sipper (600 x 1030)

Stars and Stripes Sipper

  • 1 ½  parts Skinnygirl Meyer Lemon Vodka
  • Splash of DeKuyper Triple Sec
  • Splash of diet lemon-lime soda
  • Raspberries or lemon slice for garnish

 Preparation: Mix ingredients in a glass with ice. Top with diet-lime soda. Garnish with raspberries and a lemon.

Fireworks Fizz (600 x 798)

Fireworks Fizz

  • 1 part Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka
  • 4 parts sparkling water
  • Splash of all natural pomegranate juice

Preparation: Combine vodka and sparkling water over a glass of ice. Finish with a splash of pomegranate juice.

    There’s not one cocktail here that I don’t think I would enjoy nor any of my guests. I am especially excited to try the Frozen Firecracker! Not to mention that it could be adapted and made without alcohol!

    I had to take a break from entering giveaways when I saw the recipe for the Strawberry Sparkler. Just finished off my second drink. I love this recipe and when I get more liquor in the house I will try the others
